The menu has been updated and no longer includes clearly marked vegan options. The staff are great and willing to accommodate adjustments, but I was disappointed by the decision to remove vegan options. #Veganuary

The restaurant has a very cool atmosphere and it's fun to watch the planes coming in and taking off. The seating is limited so we had to wait a while for a table. The hippie hash can be made vegan if you ask and it's quite delicious.

This restaurant offers a variety of vegan breakfast and brunch options, including hippie hash, breakfast potatoes, avocado toast, quinoa salad, fresh fruit, sourdough bread, and house-made jams. They also offer almond milk for coffee and juices. It's enjoyable to sit and watch the planes take off and land, with a cute playground and a lake nearby for kayak/canoe rentals and walking trails. There are also fun airplane-related activities to enjoy.

I had the hippie hash and I really wish I had taken a photo. Ate it three days ago and am still dreaming about it. Louise is next to an airport so you get to watch many pilots prepare their small planes and take off. This is a small place, FYI, with counter seats and probably five tables.
