Shogun Japanese Steakhouse

I ordered the steak and shrimp with double noodles, and by the time I took a picture, I had already started munching on it while it was being prepared. There was an abundance of food, all served hot and cooked to perfection. I also tried the Shogun vegetable roll and ended up eating everything. I'm feeling incredibly full and very satisfied right now!

I've never encountered a restaurant that rushes you to finish your meal! After the chef prepared our dishes right in front of us and served them, we attempted to start eating, but our server hurried us along, asking how many to-go boxes we needed. Less than ten minutes later, he returned to ask if we wanted him to bring out the birthday cake. We were quite annoyed and requested more time to enjoy our food. Just five minutes later, he came back with the same question. At that point, we agreed to get the cake, and when my husband asked for a drink refill, the server suggested a "to-go drink" instead of refilling it. It was clear he wasn’t pleased about us wanting to celebrate my birthday there. After delivering the cake, he disappeared completely. There were numerous other issues, but I believe I've made my point. My family made a reservation to celebrate my birthday, and had I known how things were going to be, I would have asked them to take me somewhere else. The service didn’t justify the money spent. It was a truly awful and disappointing experience!

The hours indicate that the restaurant closes at 9 PM, but when I arrived at 8:45 PM to place a to-go order, I was told they weren't taking any more orders. I suggest updating the hours to show that you stop taking orders at 8:30 PM to better reflect your actual practice. This is not good business.

Very entertaining, wonderful waiters and fun time with family.

All rice was super dry. Rice in sushi roll, fried and steamed. Shrimp not cooked fully. Service was exceptional. Just disappointing
