Thai Basil - Bentonville

This Thai food was absolutely exceptional! The waiter was so kind and patient in making sure our order was correct! My daughter absolutely loves the lo mein and steamed broccoli! My husband and I loved the pad Thai and fries rice with tofu! So very friendly and nice !

This place has gone wayyyyy down hill. Wait times are astronomical now. Update! Yeah nothing has changed. It's really, really bad. 30+ minute wait for Uber order. Unacceptable. Terrible place.

I am so disappointed because this is the only Thai place that serves pineapple curry near me and it tastes amazing. However, if the person taking the order, can’t put the order in correctly, then why would I order food here. I called and placed my order, and I knew what was said when that order was placed. When I got there, they handed me pineapple fried rice and told me that that’s what I ordered when I knew I didn’t but it was their word against mine. They proceeded to also refuse to trade the food for what I ordered or give me a refund. Offered me a discount on my next order as if I would be back but gave me no proof of that discount. The kicker is, I tipped them for service that they apparently didn’t render correctly. Really disappointed.

Thai Basil in Bentonville is absolutely phenomenal! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the warmest smiles and the friendliest staff who make you feel right at home. The food? It's to die for! Every dish bursts with flavor, leaving you craving more. The portions are incredibly generous, and the prices are very reasonable, making it a fantastic value for the quality and quantity of food you receive. If my stomach could handle it, I'd come here every day! Whether you're a fan of spicy dishes or prefer something mild, Thai Basil has something for everyone. Don't miss out on this gem—it's a true culinary delight!

Everytime I go to a new town I check out the local Thai restaurant. Usually I'm disappointed, nothing stands up to my hometown. Except now. This may be the best Thai restaurant I've been to. I got the pad Thai and it was phenomenal. My boyfriend for the drunken noodles and they were also amazing. The mango sticky rice for dessert was the perfect end to an amazing meal. I will be coming back every time I come to Bentonville.
