Taverna Lazaro - Berat

A beautiful restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining right next to the castle. We don't typically eat chicken. However, the owner recommended it and it was the best chicken we've ever had. Truly. The soup, tzatziki and meatballs were excellent as well. We were served homemade Raki at the end of the meal and were sent on our way with an entire bottle of it to go.
