Berea Fudge Shoppe

Me and my friends stopped here before leaving Berea. We asked for their recommendations and the old man went on a 5 minute rant on how they make fudge and why all of their fudge is equally good (didn’t even tell us their favorites).The lady seemed mad for how long the old man was talking. Asked if they offered samples because it was the first time we went and wanted to see what flavors were good. The lady looked absolutely infuriated and “chirped” at us that we can only get one sample, and then badgered us individually with no time to even look at the flavors. Also, when it was just me and friends, they acted irritated and judgmental. When one of us had to go back in for napkins, there were more people in the shop and the lady’s demeanor suddenly switched to this innocent sweet grandma vibe. Total facade.…..BUT, their fudge is good though

So i wouldve given this place a better rating because its a cute little shop but me and my partner were just looking around (site seeing, if you will). and they said are you ready we said no we are just looking and then the guy made a smart comment about “oh theyre just looking”. their fudge must be good because they arent staying in business for their customer service

The lady working the counter is hilarious and so friendly. The fudge is excellent and the ice cream is too. You will not be disappointed.

The guy that works there seems so stressed out all the time. Great Fudge and other items.
