Mcdonald's - Berea

Pretty rough smell coming from behind the café machine behind counter( right next to where customers serve their own sodas). Regular customer here and its hit or miss on your order having EVERYTHING you ask for such as condiments, special ordered foods, ect.

This is my favorite McDonald's! One day I went through the drive thru here and ordered a burger. I asked for everything on the side and they did just that! They put each individual component of my burger in its own box. Build a burger!It was the best surprise of my life, opening every box to see what I got. Did I get cheese, the bun, pickles? I never knew till I opened a box. It was so fun! 10/10 recommend especially for a birthday!

I don't know who currently owns this franchise but it's disgusting. It's filthy, it stinks. I use to go through the drive thru to get a coke but it has been unavailable for almost a month. I wouldn't dare eat food from this establishment. I go in to get my own beverage. I have waited on myself the last 10 out of 12 times. I stand at the counter while several employees stand by the drive thru. Others are congregated outside or in the corner booth on their phones eating. I no longer wait. I lay $1.30 on the counter, get my own cup and fix my drink. Nobody speaks or even notices. I prefer to get my own cup anyways because the employees put their fingers inside of the cup to hand it to you. I also often ask for a bleach rag out of the bucket stored under the counter and clean the drink station before I use it.If the franchise owner doesn't care about the way this place is managed, maybe the COO or CEO may???So don't take my word for it, take a stroll inside and enjoy your shoes sticking to the floor.The health department should close them down.

Came through at 1:30 in the morning and the service was great. The girl did it all by herself, it seemed and yet she radiated a smile that made me smile... even though I was exhausted. And the food was perfect! Juicy. Delicious! Seriously, the experience was nothing but good.

I would give five stars if they ever repaired their belly Dr. Pfeffer, I haven't got a Dr. Pepper for my girlfriend for months and they can't fix it, no reason that you should be out of Dr. Peffer for months. You have good chicken bugs.
