The service was completely off. I had been waiting for a big cheeseburger, and while I was at it, I finished my fries and beer. Five minutes later, the waiter came with my order, and it was just one side of the burger—ice-cold, even colder than my beer. They must have pre-made it or kept it in the fridge and just reheated it. This is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back; I’ll be going to the pancake house instead, at least there they make pancakes right in front of you.

The restaurant used to be better, with a more diverse menu that included Italian cuisine, fast food, and ice cream. The quality and portion sizes of the dishes were also superior. Now, prices are rising at an alarming rate, while the quality has declined. The children's play area seems to have gone untouched since it opened!

I ordered two portions of fries, two popcorns, and two sauces to go. They handed me a sealed bag, but when I got home and opened it, I found that one of the popcorns was missing, and the fries were cold and dry.

Неплохо в целом, вкусно и быстро, когда нет народа. Но в некоторые часы невозможно дождаться заказа. Еда свежая. Нравится все, кроме пиццы. Для детей младшего возраста есть игровой лабиринт и качалки, для постарше аэрохоккей. Столов много, есть разной длины, со стульями и диванами, для разных компаний. Я провожу квесты на детские дни рождения, дважды проводила здесь. Для детей 10 12 лет очень удобно справлять здесь дни рождения. Один минус дороговато выходит еда по сравнению с другими кафе.

Всё нравится, хорошее приятное кафе. Есть зона для детей, парковка удобна. Версонал молодёжь.. вежливые и красивые. Но когда оформляется заказ через терминал в зале очень ДОЛГО ждать, обслуживают в последнюю очередь после заказов у кассы и интернет заказов. ЭТО НАРЯГАЕТ и нервирует
