Cousins Asian Street Food - Berkeley

Love this place! Definitely a hole in the wall that you can walk by without noticing. They have special home made noodles and their food are just so flavorful. I ordered a noodle soup and stir fry noodle and both noodle dish were so delicious! The portion is just perfect if not a little bit more where you can take home for a snack but the food here is so good that you would want to finish it in one sitting. Perfect protein to noodle ratio.Food comes out pipping hot. Service is superb!Recommended for a quick meal, sit down and hang out, family style and kid friendly. There's only street parking but it's worth finding a parking spot to come here

Thanks to the other reviews about them being closed I made sure to call them beforehand. Their phone number is out of service. Drove to the area anyways to see, and they were closed at 5:30pm on a Wednesday night. Sounds like they've been closed for a while now, but not sure. Lots a tasty restaurants in the surrounding area though worth a check.

Food took a long time to come out even though there were not many customers. Food was very mediocre.

Been wanting to try out this place for a year now, the newer southeast Asian restaurant that opened after The Noodle, which is right next to it. It has a very cute atmosphere, very colorful, self serve/takeout vibes but still great service. Wanted to try the Tom Sap Leng Soup but they ran out, might come back for it next time! Free iced Thai tea 's thank you to our waiter. The pork belly was very crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the fried egg is exactly how you 'd expect it after deep frying it in oil. Although I didn 't love the flavor of the pork belly, perhaps because of the fish sauce? The noodle dishes all seemed worth trying. My friend 's Thang Taek was very comfort food-y. Overall not too many options and nothing too unexpected, more of a tried it once kind of place for me.

Very confusing experience. My friend and I ordered two different items. They came out looking exactly the same. And neither looked like the images... they came out looking slimey and gooey. Edible.. but i'm not sure exactly what I ate.
