Martin's Pond - Berkhamsted

I visited the restaurant with my wife, and we had a fantastic time enjoying excellent beer and food in the beautiful garden. The prices were very reasonable, and the chips were great. We will definitely be returning!

This was my first visit, and I was impressed. The location is stunning, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a minor mix-up where two puddings were added to our bill that we hadn’t ordered, but they quickly apologized and resolved it. The Sunday roast was delicious, with generous portions that were well-prepared. The Belgian waffle pudding was delightful, just like our friend’s dessert. All in all, we spent £136 for four roasts, four puddings, and six pints of ale, which is quite reasonable!

Lovely little gem near Hemel Hempstead. Went to visit for lunch as I was in the area, and the trip advisor reviews were promising. I'm glad that they weren't unfounded, as the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Prices are pretty reasonable for the area, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to eat locally who aren't looking for a particular cuisine
