Shaken Cow - Berkhamsted

I went to Shaken Cow yesterday after not visiting for a while due to lockdowns. I checked out the new menu to see what was new. My partner and I ordered the Bubble fruit tea mango and Oreo shake. Unfortunately, the bubble tea was excessively sweet and overpriced. In my opinion, Shaken Cow should stick to milkshakes, ice creams, and other drinks instead of attempting to serve bubble tea.

Went in for a reese’s shake, so thick and lovely. Amazing service by lauren and louise. Will definitely be returning.

We visited this restaurant as a special treat during a day out. However, the two female employees behind the counter completely ignored us for two minutes as they finished their conversation when we walked in. They did not greet us or thank us when we paid, which we found to be quite rude. Due to this negative experience, we have decided that we will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

The restaurant was empty. A girl with dark, short hair and fake eyelashes was loudly talking about her personal life while I waited to be served. Another girl, taller with a ponytail and lighter brown hair, was friendly but didn't immediately come to serve me while her colleague was chatting. I ordered a Lindor hot chocolate with all the toppings. It was lukewarm and not very tasty. They ended up throwing half of it away.

The staff seemed to complain constantly about work matters in fairly loud voices, making our visit less than relaxing. The actual shakes were, in my opinion, overpriced.
