Taco Bell - Berkley

This location used to be the best, now all you get is terrible food. Ordered food on Saturday, and they managed to screw up each item. The worst was my burrito supreme. Nothing but a small plop of meat, cheese and about a half cup of raw onions. Fire the whole crew! Never eating there again.

The lady at the drive thru was extremely rude. It’s so disheartening to see someone treat me so badly for no reason.

It’s 11 pm and they turning away cars saying they short staff when I leave to pull off I see two ppl just standing at the front register and one at drive thru how is having three employees short staffed when the only thing open is the drive thru they are standing at the front counter doing nothing while the lobby is closed I actually think one of them came outside to move their car to the opposite side of the building it was at least 5 cars in drive thru and they immediately say they are short staff I pulled to the side for 2 mins in that 2 mins it was only one car left at the window and I just pulled out from the drive thru speaker if they want to be lazy and do one car at a time they might as well just close

Young lady looks like she’s between 27-35 horrible nasty attitude. Giving people the wrong orders and too lazy to remake them. Then tries to tell you that’s the way things go at Taco Bell. So sad. Black lady with honey blonde hair with funky attitude. If you don’t like your job, go find a better one! Clearly you can’t even do the little job you have now correctly. What can you expect from fast food places though. Disgusted

Ordered 2 breakfast crunchwraps via doordash... the staff there gave me 1. apparently counting is hard. incompetence at its finest.
