Contribuisci feedbackI'm not quite sure what to make of this place. It seems that hair and beard nets are no longer required, even though the guy cutting the pizza looks like he has a dead squirrel on his face. But hey, the food actually tastes good!
Additionally, I noticed that Domino's has cut back on staff, which means they only have one driver making deliveries. I ended up waiting two hours for my food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. I won't be ordering from them again!
Posted a few months ago about how I ordered a pizza and was missing product from the pizza. Placed the same order on the 27th of March. Received a pizza with the pepperoni missing. Saw a response to my 1st review and sent a message to it them, still havenot heard from them.
The last time we visited this Domino's, I vowed I wouldn’t return. However, tonight I decided to give it another chance. First of all, the staff should definitely be wearing gloves while making pizzas. Also, where are the hair nets? Thankfully, there was no hair in my food, but it's still unacceptable that this isn't a standard practice. The employee who handled the cash didn’t wash his hands before going back to prepare the food. They also intentionally ignored the phone ringing. To top it off, my pasta bowl was completely dry, as if it had been sitting out for a while.
The last 2 times there our orders have been screwed up. This time we received a box of cinnamon sticks instead of 32 chicken wings.....still no refund as promised and while talking to the lady in the evening, I was hung up on. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Next step is Better Business Bureau.
