Contribuisci feedbackI just placed an online order. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing as usual. I really regret giving this restaurant another chance. One of the special subs was missing ingredients and the sandwiches were haphazardly put together. Just because one person doesn't want their bun toasted, doesn't mean it should be hard and stale. The quality used to be better when it was run by someone else. On top of all that, they forgot to double the meat on one sub and burnt another one that wasn't supposed to be toasted. Overall, a complete failure.
The staff at Subway in Ocean Pines were very unprofessional and unfriendly, giving off the impression that they did not want to be there. I will not be returning to this location again.
Always friendly, quick service. The restaurant is clean and stocked. All the employees are kind, knowledgeable, and quick with a smile. Easily the best Subway I've ever been to. It's very apparent they take pride in their work.
I ordered cold cuts, but the meat was brown. The chicken breast roll I ordered was as hard as a rock, and there were very few choices for toppings on the sub.
Visiting the area for the third time now, my wife and I chose this spot for a quick lunch just arriving. Food and service were good, however we learned roast beef was no longer available. This was disappointing to see, as we both enjoy this topping on oursubs. Hopefully it can be brought back in the future.
