An unfriendly employee pointed out that we are 15 minutes too late and want to make the timely evening. We told her the time window was still active. We didn't get anything, though there were still foods in the rack. If you don't like his job, you should leave it.
The employee is not nice, she looks like she's forced to work. If you don't like the job, don't stay and scare the customers
I ordered a surprise bag over toogoodtogo and could have picked it up between 18:45-19:00. Unfortunately, I did not find the location directly and therefore arrived a minute too late when the business had already closed. Two employees were still clean up. When I knocked, both of them registered, strayed and ignored me. Only when they saw that I made a photo as proof for the cancellation process, they locked the door and made me stupid that there is no more goods. I see that I arrived too late and that there is no more goods, is also fine, but the behavior and sound of the two employees was unnecessarily unfriendly and unprofessional.
