Very good food in a reasonable setting, even if our vegetarians were not so mega happy. Unfortunately, the service has supplied our pregnant women with alcoholized desert inadvertently, despite the announcement, and we had to take care of the refill of our drinks ourselves and sat on the dry. We also know that differently, when the empty water bottle is carried away, it is already asked if it may be a new one. Otherwise we liked it.
The food was excellent. However absolutely not recommended for allergy sufferers. Despite prior information when booking, re-insurance at arrival, there was an unpleasant surprise at the first gear. The host and service manager replied to me only he didn't know about it. I didn't open a barrel because something like this can happen before and I don't leave my own responsibility as an allergy sufferer with the coat at the wardrobe and now risk. The second rough (and obvious mistakes upset me then quite – I almost felt like Sherlock Holmes, as I always had to ask and question the components on the plate. Our first visit. Very hospitable atmosphere, boss comes to the tables and gives wine recommendations and smalltalkt friendly. The obviously not transmitted note that 2 out of 3 eat vegetarian, did not cause any (visible) problems, but was skillful and extremely tasty despite menus! Service is intrusive and friendly, but not all courses have been explained. Wine left 2nd glass in volume (ml). Overall conclusion: recommended!!
We had 6 courses for cf. cheap 109€. Everything very good to excellent; the kitchen is professional, that penetrates all the dishes. The meat (deer and lamb was absolutely perfect. Something disappointing was that the menu Sonja cooks creatively basically consisted of the dishes of the à la carte offer. Perhaps the fact that the kitchen was tested with a larger group (16 18 people). In her short visit to our table at the end, Ms. Frühsammer worked well. Overall, we think I got 4 Amuse Bouche that was great. Wine We only wanted to order open wines, but the boss asked in advance 1. only to me according to my preferences, not my friend, and 2. we have never been told what wines are to have. For someone who has no idea and wants to trust the restaurant fully, that might be practical. The wine-winner, however, prefers this approach to the palm. My girlfriend first served a Riesling, and she replied that this is the completely wrong direction. Next, bringing a Sauvignon Blanc is at least useless for us. It became a barn. Good. The Bordeaux, on the other hand, was an ambiguity a cheaper one in 2015. Incomprehensible for a few euros more in shopping you get plenty of good 2010s. Why do you get so young Bordeauxs in the star restaurants? Service/Ambiente We had 4 different waiters who did not agree. The food was described very briefly.
