Gaststatte Eierschale - Berlin

We came spontaneously with a group of about 20 people on a Friday and were welcome to have dinner. Most of us had pizza. The food was good, the size of the dishes was generous, the service professional.

We had a birthday brunch in the egg shell. The place is just strange... the decor leaves a speechless paldy, ugly, without style and concept. The egg shell in rich dahlem serves quantity about quality... the food was thrown together with nothing care, no love....no...though, like the decor! It wasn't really nice. We had some vegetarians in our party who wanted to spend the meat options in their meals, the waitress informed us that we got the meat, whatever and that someone would probably eat it... strange. The waitress insisted to take our orders without writing something down, so several commands were wrong or completely forgotten....necessary as the egg shell!

This place offers an experience reminiscent of a time trip. It has a pronounced charm of the old West Berlin, is completely decorated with eclectic and classicist interieur. We had a great time here, a good pizza and an excellent roasted... Buck. The staff is friendly, nice and concerned. It is also a good place in summer, as it offers a large terrace.

A nice trip with subway out of Berlin city center to a green and friendly suburb with this fantastic music, dance and food place. We where a big group, but no problem. We had great fun. Staff was efficient, friendly and fun.

We have been to Eierschale a number of times. It does good pizza and pasta with a good Sunday brunch buffet. The staff are very freindly and It has a lovely beer garden outdoor area. They also have Bands we had a Jazz band...on when we went and it was a very pleasent sunday Brunch. [hidden link]
