The environment is really great, seduces us to dinner every year. only we had to find out tonight that the “kitchen” could not cook! had as an appetizer white sausage and leberknödelsuppe, which still left, only the senf was brought to demand. oper actually quite beautiful, but something “prollig”. that doesn't fit like an ambient, a pity! as a main course we had the boar with bratkartoffeln. that was a bad decision. the carving is quite small, but especially ok. the bratkartoffels were a catastrophe. they were probably at a bad place all day. They were cold, totally fat and decorated with black-burned wobbles and speckles, simply “lecker”! _we then asked for new and especially hot bratkartoffels. our request was immediately and quickly forwarded by the service staff to the kitchen. then the carving came back, hot and greasy. the whole dish including carving and bratkartoffeln was obviously heated in the beloved microwave, a dream. the same scavenger, who was with us before, was formally “doomed” by the microwave attacks. our advice to the service staff was friendly but very relaxed. they've been cooking here for years.

This restaurant was empty inside although atmospheric the weather was fabulous and we all sat outside enjoying the weather. There was a great selection of starters asparagus in in season so lots of that. Mains were also varied so there was something...for everyone. Waitress very efficient and nice. A great early dinner had by all in our group.

This is a very busy place, mostly visited by locals, with professional and friendly service and very good food. It is located at the entrance of a pedestrian zone and right next to the metro station.

Enjoyed dinner here recently and the swine haxn was sensational as was the service. It was a quite night but the service and meal were great. Easy access via the Its not that cheap but worth it.
