Konditorei Café Buchwald - Berlin

I 'm usually hesitant about visiting these type of places that are the oldest cafes, etc as they tend to be overhyped. However, I found this cafe exceeded...

Always delicious. Whether tree cake or one of the many cakes, everything has always tasted very good. What surprises me are the negative impressions for the staff. I can't confirm or understand it at all. I was always served very friendly and friendly. Top advice, no matter how unusual my questions were. Always nice and friendly. There is a lot of business (industrial) can cut off a very thick slice. For the staff alone, I would award another 5 stars.

Cake, coffee, service and ambience are excellent. The prices are somewhat different from the baker/confectioner around the corner, but are completely justified and sometimes honest...Quality has its price (and in this case it is also really worth it).

I was there with my wife on Wednesday and I was fully excited all were very nice and the prices are completely justified because you still have quality here and that has now their price... And so I wasn't there the last time, even if I had something more. All right... Family Bork

That the cakes and cakes are excellent is known. Now in Nov./Dez. it must be tree cake or winter vanilla cake. Although: a piece of hek is also very tasty, but so much can not be eaten. I like the pancakes. It's a confectionery. I find the idea with the second vault at the back of the actual cafe very good, but of course you miss the cafe. The staff is well informed, e.g. the ingredients of the cakes (if you should not eat as much as possible due to allergies). Another comment: We have been there for years and have never made it! Racism or even rudeness towards us. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.
