Beautifully prepared and all the details well explained, at home all the ingredients are perfect for a delicious Christmas dinner: goose roasts perfect.

The farmer: whoever likes it, small and cozy, also appreciates the mixture of Berlin and regional cuisine, is very good here. The friendly and discreet attention to the guest is exemplary and unfortunately can no longer be found in Berliner Gastronomie. I am especially pleased with the warm welcome every time: this is as if I had come home!
