So, it was surprising that they charged me a extra 2.01 to dine in their dining room. I am not sure if they charge the extra 2.01 to dine outside
Big space with indoor outdoor seating. Service was good and quick. Our server was honest and made changes when things did not work for us. Their beans and rice are vegetarian. Flight drink 3.5/5 ok, but the pinnaple drink was not good. More juice than drink Strawberry non alcoholic drink 3.5/5 More ice than actual drunk it was on sweater side Guacamole 5/5 Fresh is made in front of you. Spicy one had real kick Veg enchiladas 4/5 Good taste and flavor profile. Veg tacos mushroom and roja 4/5 potato chips or sweet potato in the tacos are not needed. Lacks seasoning but can be enhanced by salsa.
Me and family Walked in after church for lunch. Pretty atmosphere and kindly greeted and seated. Our server Josue was awesome with great recommendations attentive to all our needs and requests even the manager was helpful in bringing items we needed. I ordered the CARNE CHIHUAHUA was a bit pricey but delicious none the less I would definitely order this again Son's mom ordered Vegi fajitas which we wouldn't recommend. My Sons Cheeseburger must've been ok he ate it lol Daughter had some steak tacos that were great I must say above everything the service we received I have not gotten at 5 star restaurants hats off to the young man for all of his efforts and pleasant nature.
I had the most frustrating and concerning experience at Mago Grill Cantina. To begin with, their Yelp listing, which is claimed by the owner, states that they accept credit cards. However, after lunch, I was informed that they do not actually accept credit cards. This inconsistency is already a red flag for potential customers. Furthermore, the listing also mentions that they accept credit cards, specifically Mastercard. However, when I attempted to use my Mastercard, I was told that they couldn't accept it and that I would need to manually provide my card number. This manual input process was not only inconvenient but also raised serious security concerns for me. To add insult to injury, after reluctantly providing my card number digit by digit, suddenly, miraculously, my Mastercard was accepted. It's baffling how a restaurant can claim not to accept a certain type of card, only to magically accept it once provided manually. This inconsistency and lack of transparency in their payment processing system are unacceptable. Overall, my experience at Mago Grill Cantina was the worst and most embarrassing I've ever had. To add insult to injury it was a group business outing. Not only did they fail to uphold the payment methods they advertised, but they also exposed me to potential security risks with their manual card entry process. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment until they address these glaring security concerns and inconsistencies. Then to make matters worse auto charge of 20% gratuity for their issues on a 400+ dollar bill.
Stop by for lunch on a Friday. There was plenty of parking around the location, even with there being so many businesses. We were greeted rught away and offered to sit inside or outside. Everyone was extremely friendly. Both the chicken empanadas, steak/ shrimp tacos, came out fresh, full of flavor and hot. They also provide you chips with three types of salsa when you sit down. It ranges from mild to spicy. The table side guacamole comes either mild or spicy as well. Highly recommend the spicy guacamole! I even took some home and it was delicious the next day. There is a full service bar if you would like to add a drink with your meal. They have almost everything you can think of.
