The staff is cool, the food is good and the prices are very soft for your wallet. I had a brunch over there, ordered her crispy cereal with fresh fruits and yogurt and then the fried eggs with avocado and Graax salmon, served on thick bread slices. It was delicious, even if I found the salmon a little too strong in taste for me. I accompanied it with a huge latte and fresh orange juice. Ends to pay 17.5€ what I think was super ok for everything I had and the quality! Everyone enjoyed their order whether it is easy pain au chocolat or pancakes. Good and simple place we like it in Berlin.
I gave the restaurant to a prominent corner and moved for a drink and a soup. I loved the cozy corner I occupied and my conversation with a server. I came back for the pulpits and coffee and the sunny outside table.
The hotel is located 1 km from Alexanderplatz is a good place for breakfast, but if you are very hungry... avoid it better because waiting is so long after ordering. We waited about an hour until our food arrived. Because we were so hungry, extra chocolate had to order croissant because wait never end. Must say it wasn't bad, but could be better. About coffee: In the menu it is written that they have coffee from Peru, but unfortunately coffee was mixed and how my friend is a coffee specialist, he didn't like it so much. But my cortado was good. After a long wait, I finally got food on the table. Had bread freshly baked) soft and tastes good with scrambled eggs, mushrooms and truffle oil and salad with Balsamico vinegar. Was amazing and the staff was very friendly. We wanted extra bread because we ate everything, they gave us extra no extra cost. I guess they deserve extra star. Everybody try it once.
Nice, laid back, and cosy place for a lazy evening with friends. A bit pricey for what you get though. The location is very central, right next to the Volksbühne and Babylon Cinema in Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz.
Highly recommend the quiche of the day, and the Bayern Breakfast. Very cheap as well, only 4.5 euro for my lunch!
