I've traveled across Australia and tried fish and chips at many spots, but I've never tasted fish and scallops quite like the ones here. They were incredibly flavorful, with a light batter that let the fish shine through. The delicious tartare sauce was the perfect complement. It's unfortunate that I'm just passing through, as this would definitely become my go-to place if I lived here!
