Kairo - Bern

Very tasty food, very friendly staff. We found this place when everything else was closed and we were very pleasantly surprised. Even the cook came to speak with us to make sure all the ingredients used were appropriate.

Kind staff with a great vibe and great coffee.

In July 2023 in the evenings and at nights drunk people listened to loud music and sang loudly at this cafe. I had to call the police.

We went for late breakfast while our laundry was going next door. Lattes were amazing and breakfast while small was delicious. I had the fried egg with beans and sausage, and my husband had the fried onions with hummus and toast. Server was friendly and spoke English (just ask first). A fun vibe and neighbourhood.

Food is amazing tasty, but the price was really high for the small quantity...
