I use to be a happy customer, but tonight I'm frustrated with this location. I ordered my husband and me a pizza to be delivered at about 8:00 pm. We were both too sore from injuries to make dinner, so we thought this would be easier. Boy was I wrong.The pizza was over an HOUR late.We tried to call the number on their shop multiple times, but no one ever answered. If anything they kept hanging upon us! Once we did finally manage to get ahold of someone, it wasn't even the shop location at all. It was a call center god knows where away from the shop and no one could get us in touch with the store. We tried canceling the order and even getting a refund, but they couldn't do it from the call center, unfortunately. A little over an hour and a half, thirty minutes before the shop closed, we finally got our order delivered to us.The pizza wasn't hot and we weren't offered a number to the actual store to get an answer as to why it took over an hour for our pizza to arrive. The delivery person didn't even bring the pizza to the door, my injured husband had to go down six flights of stairs and across a few buildings to meet them at the parking lot to get the pizza and carry it back up through the physical pain. He even almost passed out a couple of times trying to get it and bring it back! When asked for a number to the shop, they said we had the right number, but no one was going to answer. They also let us know that they are the ONLY driver in the entire shop and how others have quit.I think it's going to be a LONG time before we order from this location again. If we can find another location that sticks to their delivery time and answers the phone, then we will never order from this location again.
I was unable to find any way to use my bonus points when ordering my pizza. I simply could not figure out how to use then on your website.
The store is running on short staff and has long wait times. We had issues with our orders, but I'm here to say that we went inside and I'm leaving a great review because of how hard everyone on staff was working to fix all the issues without much sorry and with many complaining customers. Joanne, manager, was doing everything in her power to correct all the orders, but it just seemed they were overburdened. I think they deserve kudos for showing up and doing their best in these times. Thanks!
I don't know what's the deal with this location. They can't seem to get anything right. This time I called in an order after work for carryout. When I got there no one acknowledged me or anyone that walked in for a good while. Finally I said hello and they said just a minute. Moments later she came over and started helping everyone. She said mine wasn't ready. Ok so I wait. I over hear them saying they only made one of pizzas. Lady apologizes and says they'll make the second pizza right now it will only take 10 minutes. Nevermind my first pizza will just sit the whole time. 20 minutes later the second pizza came out but they lost the first pizza. So she says she'll remake it. I have my family waiting outside on the car and they want me wait another 20 minutes?! So she offers to put the toppings on an already made cheese pizza and stick it on the oven.... So far for quality.
I love pizza hut, always a customer since 1984, you guys always get it right. Thank you for still being here.
