Ruby's Tortilleria - Bernalillo

Loved Ruby’s. The food was great and very reasonable. We stopped for lunch while on a road trip and wanted authentic New Mexico food. This place was exactly what we wanted! The staff was so friendly too. I would recommend this place. Only drawback is that there are only 3 tables inside to sit. Fortunately, all the local patrons either ordered their their food in advance for pickup, or did take out.

We ordered tamales and chile rellenos to go. They were ready for pickup and delicious!

The tamales here are so amazing aswell as everything else, when i 1st started eating the tamales I realize I will never be able to like any other ones the same as these. The workers are super kind and veryyyy understanding. Me and both sides of my family eat here very often. I recommend

They serve you super fast, they have very good seasoning, if you are looking for tortillas with a Mexican tortilla flavor this is the right place.

Waited 35 minutes for 2 orders of rolled tacos. Multiple families of all Spanish speaking people came in after us and all received orders before us. Finally asked about our food and told it was given to someone else and would be another 10 minutes b4 it was ready. Asked for a refund because clearly they were not interested in serving us. My advice is to avoid if you don't speak Spanish.
