Mcdonald's - Berne

All the times we have come they never have orange juice for breakfast, at first it was good but after all these times this starts to bother me, I won't go back to this McDonald's

We had wait on our drinks an then they forgot to some of the items we ordered the McDonald's in Berne ,In. Is the only one I know that doesn't have self serve drinks

This place is constantly hitting new lows on just how bad it can be. Sat in the drive thru lane for 4 minutes, only for the back cash person to hit me with a very snide Can I help you? and was then told they were out of what I was wanting to order.Doubt you will read this, but here 's a free tip: Don 't cop an attitude with customers.

I do like using my McDonald's app. If I am on a trip, and I want a quick bite it comes in handy.

McDonald’s in Berne, Indiana and everywhere else are just getting worse by the day. Two days in a row I went there on my breakfast break the first day at 9:30 AM. Try to get this is the gravy was told no order on my mobile app they say that they did not have any authority on Market so you cannot order it then they try not to give me a refund told me how to call a number I said I’m not leaving until I refund. I called corporate. They said they would take care of it. They should serve breakfast up until 1030, so the very next day I go back at 9:50 AM I’m told again there’s no gravy and they’re not making any extra from the first time when they run out. they don’t care about thee customers manager Olivia stated she don’t care if I call corporate that they are a Franchise. Terrible customer service, she needs fired
