This is an exceptional restaurant, somewhat tucked away in Berrima, that provides an outstanding three-course fixed menu, with each course personally introduced by the chef. The gourmet cooking and presentation are truly top-notch. Dinner is served at 7 PM, so be sure to make a reservation in advance—walk-ins are not accepted. My only regret is that it's not closer to where I live; otherwise, I would definitely be a regular! What a delightful experience for those who live nearby!
