Kfc - Berwyn

The management team here is incredible. All four managers ensure that customers are fully satisfied and offer drinks and pages when you need to wait for food. But most of the time everything is available and fresh. Fastest I have ever been and best service ever.

I don't know what the other reviews are talking about. I went to this place several times a week and all the staff are very polite and polite. You always get my order right. There is no need to bash someone to fight. We need to understand if a business is a short staff that they will fight. People make mistakes and nobody is perfect. The manager is the funny guy I met. He makes me laugh and he offers free products when I have to wait. I don't care about waiting because the food is fresh. Well, who didn't want free food. This site has dramatically improved over the months. This place used to be the one I hated last year. But now this is my favorite place. Please people who read this, just go there for yourself and see the great service that this location has done. The only problem is loading is t the cleanest memory. But this is because the store is very old and runs out.

1/20/18 the mixed bucket does not contain the grilled chicken, but better than most locations The wedges and Fried Chicken were great. The staff were very nice to the point that they told a guy in front of us that they will take his order to his seat. Never heard that especially in a KFC

The staff was nice. I wanted to add the new Nashville hot sauce to my bucket chicken strip. When they told me it was a charge of .50 PER STRIP!!! I wanted to know if I could get on only 5 of the strips of sauce because I never tried. The cashier then told me that he would add the sauce for me without a fee. I used to be the G.M. of u-restaurant and this is a good example of customer service. The sauce was great and we order from there more often at work now.
