We first came to this restaurant 34 years ago when it was run by the current chef's grandfather. It was excellent then and is excellent now. We had lunch and sat in the garden, and enjoyed the midrange set menu. ..and what a delight it was. Price €133 including a nice bottle of wine and lasting best part of 3 hours. Fantastic value.

Une étape hors du temps, Tarik œuvre de mieux en mieux et à chaque fois, c'est encore plus beau, bravo.

Warum gehe ich gerne in Frankreich essen? Ich liebe das Prozedere mit der Menü Auswahl und lasse mich gerne inspirieren für die eigene Kueche. Inspiration ist leider oft ein Fremdwort - allerdings nicht in Bessas.Habe ein Menü zu 55€ gegessen, es war grandios. Auf Dessert hatte ich zum Schluss keine Lust mehr, und so reduzierten sich meine Kosten. Sehr schön.....Musste allerdings darauf bestehen, auf der Terrasse mit wundervollem Blick zu speisen, man lädt die Gäste zu um zu gerne in den Gastraum, es sei angeblich zu kalt draußen......

Restaurant ardéchois servant de la cuisine bien pensé en accord avec sa région. Les plats sont copieux et travaillés. Le vin servi sera lui aussi régional et s accorde parfaitement avec les plats. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct. Le service est décontracté mais à l écoute. J y retournerai sans hésiter pour une nouvelle soirée en amoureux.
