Church's Texas Chicken - Bessemer

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. After waiting for 25 minutes with no food prepared, the staff was quite rude and even slammed the glass window in our faces. It seemed like there was no one there who knew how to treat customers properly. This was in Bessemer, Alabama.

I visited Church's on Carolina Avenue in Bessemer and was informed that it would take 30 minutes to prepare my food, which I found to be untrue. When I requested to speak with the manager or area manager, I was told there was no contact number available. They also did not answer the phone when I tried at 4:55. This is simply unacceptable.

They still had the sales marks, so if you try to order, they say that it is no longer available. Then you should take off the shields. Overall, the food was hot and delicious.

I received the wrong order at the drive-thru, but I turned around and went back inside. They quickly fixed my order, and it was hot and fresh!

The fried okra was free and crispy. The chicken was good, the crunchiness and flavor simply delicious
