Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Bessemer

I've been waiting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes and no one has come to the speaker yet. This is just ridiculous. They should consider closing down because this is unacceptable. The Popeyes in Bessemer is truly disappointing.

I found it extremely frustrating to order food here. Each time I visited, there was a different excuse for the issues. On my last visit, they could only accept cash.

I visited the Popeyes in Bessemer, and the chicken was fresh and delicious. However, I encountered an issue with the sweet tea I ordered, which had various particles floating in it.

I ordered a three-piece white meal I guess someone did not know the difference between a thigh and a breast, because I received two thighs and wing, then I took that order back and received the right pieces but did not receive my side order and when Icalled back and told the manager she sounded upset with me and said come and get it, then hung up in my face. You should neverlet your job get the best of you no matter how bad your day is going.

Worst chicken I've ever had. Got my whole order wrong and didn't give me my biscuits. When I called about it the manager was rude and I was then informed that they were out of biscuits ????
