Contribuisci feedbackI ordered two Texas cheesesteak sandwiches with double hash browns—one with ham and cheese—and a Texas cheesesteak bowl without onions. I requested the hash browns to be cooked lightly, but they ended up being burnt to a crisp. When I got home and opened the container, I flipped them over and found that they were all charred. I noticed that the restaurant no longer accepts phone-in orders, which is why I'm sharing my experience here. I ended up throwing away the hash browns because they were inedible, and I could only eat part of my sandwich due to my gastric surgery. The light hash browns were meant to be a part of my meal, so the burnt ones were a huge disappointment. This was a waste of my money.
Tonight, however, was the final straw. An empty parking lot inevitably leads to an empty dining room, and soon I understood why it was so deserted. As I pulled into a parking spot near the entrance, I noticed one of the employees hurrying towards the front. But he wasn’t there to welcome me to Waffle House; instead, he informed me that my order would take at least 30 minutes to prepare because I had arrived during a shift change. I hadn’t even placed my order yet! I barely had my hand off the car door, and they were already throwing out a delay excuse. Really? I could go on, but I think the message is clear: do not stop here. The employees seem lazy and ungrateful, preferring to stand behind the counter and stare out the window rather than attend to customers. This place has deteriorated from bad to worse to downright awful in the seven months I’ve been dining here. It might deserve a new name—"Garbage House" seems fitting—because calling it a Waffle House is almost an insult. On a positive note, the parking situation is excellent, with plenty of wide-open spaces and no worries about your car getting damaged. So if you’re driving, at least your car will be safe! Other than that, it was a fantastic visit!
The worst place to visit after 10 PM. I specifically asked the staff to ensure that the chicken was not overcooked, but what I received was undercooked—actually, I would say they barely grilled it for 10-15 seconds before placing it in the bowl.
Came in for breakfast and the cashier at the register was VERY nice and professional, however when we asked a question regarding the substitution of an item the cashier didn?t know so she asked (who I assume was a manager) the other ?lady? responded verydisrespectfully to the cashier as well as us. It was so uncalled for! I will never return to this location solely because ofthat rude individual. I could not see her name tag but she had on a very old , stiff and dry wig and blue contacts. Everyoneelse was very nice and professional though.
Our food was cooked great, the server who took my order and checked me out was great! We will visit this location again.
