I wish I could give them zero stars. The staff is extremely rude, never smiling or thanking the customers. I understand that they may only be receiving minimum wage, but they should at least show some passion for their work. Management should take responsibility for the rude behavior displayed by the staff.

The restaurant was small and the staff were impolite.

The restaurant was a bit crowded with lengthy wait times.

Sloppy service My clumpy rice bowl was swamped with sour cream which made a hot meal cold. The exterior of my fountain soda was given to me messy. It had soda along the exterior sides of the cup. The server seemed upset that I wanted another cup. Just pass on this. No quality controls. There are plenty of options at the mall.

Unfortunately they never get the order right. It's always a surprise when you open the bag.
