The Terrace Hartsfield Manor

Wonderful wedding venue and lovely views. Very attentive and kind staff. The rooms are great too. Sadly there was a lady working the evening/day we visited and she was very rude she wouldn't even ask what we wanted to drink she would stare and and gesture. She really let the place down as everyone was in high spirits. Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 3

Lovely venue and amazing dinner food good choice at breakfast and wonderful views and rooms. All the staff were very attentive and kind. Unfortunately one lady working at the bar let it down, wasn't very polite. At the end of the night whilst we were waiting for a drink she closed the shutters without saying anything or letting us know about last orders also she shut the bar earlier than we believed it was going to be shut. Hartsfield Manor is stunning. We were fortunate enough to have our wedding here in July. We stayed the night before and the night of our wedding and lots of our friends and family did too. The rooms were well facilitated and the beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was lovely. We had a fan in the room which was great as the nights were warm. The upstairs bedrooms with a view of the grounds and beyond are absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and everybody that stayed there was extremely happy. Bethany helped so much with our wedding and everybody complimented the food and service that all the staff provided. Thank you so much. We will look forward to coming back to stay again and perhaps trying one of your event nights. Rooms: Spacious and comfortable. And an extremely fair price. Nearby activities: There are lots of beautiful walks close by and the local pubs are excellent too. Food drinks: The Food was delicious and we enjoyed our menu tasting and wine tasting prior to our wedding. Lots of people said how delicious the wine was at our wedding.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. We went for a wedding stayed for 2 nights. Service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. Food was really good. Rooms: Nice rooms, lovely view over the back gardens and surrey hills from our room. Food drinks: Food was excellent. Really good choice for breakfast.
