Council Road Baptist Church - Bethany

Went there for a funeral. Beautiful building. Handicapped and ended up walking all over the building to find where th funeral was held. I live 2 hours away so I had no idea where to go.

Needed to repent and ask for my sins to be washed away by the blood of the LAMB praise JESUS-Thank you Father for all your fruitful blessings!

Because we are all brothers and sisters in Christ one Big Happy Family

This is a great church with quality teachings. I worked with Matt McClain in the youth group during his time here. The young pastors, McAfee and Wright, are excellent as well. We probably didn't connect fully, and I think that's more on me than my wife. The church has a fantastic outreach program, both locally and globally. Their location is advantageous for reaching out to the community. I didn't have much interaction with the Senior Pastor, Rick Thompson, but he seemed very solid in his sermons and teaching series.
