Stray Dog Cafe - Bethany

Wife and I were invited by friends to Valentine's Day dinner. eating wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. mediocre? none of the courts were declared, so it was kind of a secret meal. we also had to ask for appetizers. the first curs (appetizer) was a cold, flat broth dish. it was good, would have been nice to know what it was. definitiw had goat cheese on it, yes. after that followed an salad with brown dressing - maybe balsamikum? not described again. after that we were served a suppe, which was actually similar to apple sauce. it was thick and emulsified, but the embedded baguette gave it first place, French wobbles suppe. I was hungry, so I turned it off. no kiss for me. of course, two possibilities were served - that was the one and only what we had a choice. bark meat or salmon wellington. I chose the salmon. that's the one that made it good. it is so easy to fish over season, but they have the court right. it was hot. they have even filled the baked (krosent-esque) outside with a baked heart. cute touch. Those who chose the beef wellington could not see their as their dish was drowned in brownish-tailed - what from my experience is usually a red wine sauce of sorts, but it was not. last was dessert, a chocolate goose torte, paired with all the celestial cut strawberries and a berry sauce. in general we have not left a starving. I think I was the only one who made a cheerful board service aware, but I didn't feel all warm and fuzzy from the service. it was cold, but warm. I'll try again.

The waitress hit the waiter on tapps that no one took care that we were not served, even though the people arriving later were.

Love to good local restaurants, especially if the owner / cook likes to check how the service / food is. We have this place because of the name, I Love Dogs! We have a Bbq/ Burger, Ruben, Patty Melt and a BLT. The food was good, my bacon was a little undercooked and my burger was overcooked, but it still had a good taste. The frits and rings were homemade and fanatics, rings would have been better hot. We also had to try desert after we had heard what they had, and the owner was the baker. We had the blueberry cake, cinnamon roll and chocolate cookies. They were all amazing, definitely worth all the extra calories. Absolutely worth the ride!

OMG this place is excellent! The owner (Suzy? even works to make sure you have an excellent experience! Recommend the Omelettes! Coffee is excellent, service is friendly and the food is excellent!

Great little mother and pop! I love local flavors and that's it. came here looking for a good hot dog and found that, plus much more.
