Subway - Bethel

Extremely rude staff. Mar 22, 2022 at 1130AM. I’m not expecting to be greeted, but the lady was so rude as if she is doing me a favor. Even the way she took the bread out and started to slit seemed very unprofessional. I just walked out. Very rude and I’m never coming back here. I’m so upset that I’m going to complain to Subway main office because management here doesn’t seem to care

Obviously they are not interested in business. Got there before their ever-shorter opening times ended (even the sign on the door clearly stated they should be open and the OPEN sign was illuminated), but the doors were locked and the lady behind the counter ignored me. Fine with me, I'll take my business elsewhere if you don't want it.

Owner is very rude refuses to take coupons that's State $5.99 for a ft long for the Baja bacon sandwich was told could get any other sandwich but that one doesn't care about customer service he gets that we the customer keep his doors open has an I don't care attitude has an holier-than-thou attitude I would advise people to stay away from that location due to the rudeness and really doesn't care wants to charge higher prices for some of the same sandwiches other Subway's charge two to three dollars less for so beware of the rudeness

The subways Hours stated they closed at 9 p.m, My wife, son and I were in the mood to grab 2 full subs each and upon pulling into the plaza around 8:30 p.m the subway was lit up, OPEN sign was illuminated, that was until the lady behind the counter ran to the neon OPEN sign, glanced at us parking, turned the open sign off quickly, locked the door and walked off back into the store. This is not the first time this has happened, there seems to be something going on with these 2 Bethel, CT. Lazy employees, language barrier, some workers don 't even speak english. Owner is a ****.

Same experience. They close early nearly every night. Employees are lazy and rude. Girl working tonight locked the door half an hour early so she could sit there and chat with her boyfriend instead of helping customers. Time to fire the entire evening staff!
