Wendy's - Bethel

Went through the drive thru. Got 3 kids meals. No toys. Got chicken nuggets with no sauces which we requested. Fries were ice cold and soggy. Parking: There is parking down both sides of the building and behind it. I’ve been to several Wendy’s over the last 40 years. This has to be the worst! Slow service, no Diet Coke, the singles were small enough to be on the dollar menu. Not to mention it cost over $20.00 for two value meals! Wendy’s was always the place to get a fresh Hamburger at a good price! I hope they can turn it around!! My hu and I went thro the drive thro late on a Sunday evening. We drove straight up to the speaker to order (Noticing the McDonald's had a line wrapped around the building that hadn't moved a single car from the time we pulled in and even still the same vehicles were sitting there as we pulled away) Not only was the staff beyond polite but they were as patient (I wasn't sure what I wanted so it took me a few to look over their menu) and went above and beyond to be accommodating. We pulled to the second window after paying and were informed that they were making us fresh nuggets and fries could we pull ahead. Although we were told it would be 3 no more than four mins they were standing at our car bag n hand with our fresh nuggets and fries. I have to tell u that I have never enjoyed fast food the way I enjoyed it that evening. It's customer service and perfectly prepared food that will keep me coming back! Arrived for breakfast at 8:30am and got told once at the window the frying equipment was down for cleaning. No chicken, no potatoes, and no french toast sticks. With half of the menu gone and no signage indicating this, I had to make alternate decisions at the window The sandwich I received was incorrect and included a hair.
