I had an amazing experience on my first visit! The service was quick, and the food was incredibly fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was great, with wonderful vibes and good feng shui. If you're looking for something different from Chipotle, I highly recommend trying a healthy Korean food bowl—it will leave you feeling completely satisfied!

I really enjoy this restaurant. It's great to get my vegetables now and save them for later. The service is excellent, and the portion sizes are just right. It's never too noisy or filled with loud music. I recently returned from Las Vegas, and I didn’t see anything like it there. I’ll be back in Vegas in six months and hope to find a Bibibop there!

I customized both an original-sized spicy chicken bowl and an original-sized beef bowl. There is a fantastic variety of fresh ingredients to choose from, which I truly appreciated (note that pineapple comes with an extra charge). Personally, I preferred the beef over the spicy chicken, but I would happily order both again! Besides the food being excellent, the staff were very attentive and helpful. I definitely recommend checking out this place to see what kind of bowl you can create. Plus, they offer complimentary miso soup near the soda machine. If you're uncertain about which sauce to choose, you can always request it on the side in a separate container!

The food is always good. However, post pandemic, they provide individual sauces and charge for extra. This used to be a build your bowl experience with any mix of sauce options and amount you chose. You now get two. Yum Yum sauce comes in a plastic packet and less than a tablespoon of sesame oil was put in the old containers. All sauces and finishings are managed behind the counter. There is no discount to account for this change. The staff are pleasant and you can order ahead and pick up food. While it isn't major, this change impacts the flavors you can create and lessens the overall experience to me.
