City Lights Of China - Bethesda

I was on the lookout for a new Chinese restaurant and stumbled upon this one on Google. I’m glad I did! The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. My only minor complaint is that the canned soda was nearly $3. I’ll definitely be returning!

This Asian-inspired restaurant is a fantastic choice for a family outing. The menu features a wonderful selection of healthy, flavorful Asian dishes, while also providing a few options for those seeking more variety. Don't miss out on the miso soup—it's delicious and usually comes complimentary with most orders, so you can indulge without any guilt. If you're planning to bring someone who isn't a fan of spicy food, there's no need to worry, as they offer milder versions of their dishes. Everyone can find something they enjoy here, and the atmosphere is very welcoming for families, ensuring that children feel at home during their visit.

Clean and welcoming. Delicious food. Ordered spring rolls and roasted dumplings for starters. They were excellent. Really enjoyed the taste of the pig in the dumplings. Also veggie lo my, chicken and broccoli, and spicy kung pao chicken. All were swallowed and enjoyed, and the kung pao was actually spicy. Many hot peppers cooked with the food I like it. Will be back soon. Extra bonus is simply parking right in front. (Not often for restaurants in Bethesda.

This has become my place in Bethesda for Chinese food. The taste is always spot-on and the service is excellent. I always get takeout, but the inside of the restaurant is really nice.

Best Chinese in Bethesda! Not greasy at all. We love the vegetable dumplings and sesame chicken light. So easy to takeout
