Dairy Queen (treat) - Bethesda

My experience at O/DQ was terrible. The employee seemed distracted and ignored me when I tried to place an order. I ended up going to the kabob place next door instead. The service was not up to par with the five-star reviews I had read. I have not returned since. I noticed that there are no lines at O/DQ compared to Chick-Fil-A nearby, which makes me think I'm not the only one avoiding O/DQ. Despite the positive reviews, I may give them a second chance in the future. If my experience improves, I will update my review.

The same family has been running this restaurant for years. They are wonderful, attentive, and friendly!

Shirley and Tony, the owners, are incredibly attractive and exceptional when it comes to customer service. They are without a doubt the best in the DMW to PA area, even surpassing the stores in PA. I have been coming here for over a decade for delicious food and refreshing drinks.

What was displayed on the picture and what I received were two different articles. I was very disappointed. When I asked the woman who made it for those in the picture, she said the same. she said you could see the other side on the picture. it was a total waste of $6. the first picture is of what I ordered and the second picture is of what I received.

No matter where or when I have a treat from Dairy Queen I am never disappointed. They are very consistent with their choices and it is worth a special trip.
