Five Guys - Bethesda

Nowadays the Fritten were soggy, but the food usually tastes like most five guys locations, so if you take care of the kind of people who go to the place in the rush because this lacks customer service especially if you? re black! I and my family have come here several times to pick up orders and felt like we wait longer and are ignored, but they see them for other races. I only waited 10 minutes today for someone who acknowledged me to pick up my order, while a white woman was immediately helped for an extra bag. When I mentioned this to a chef who had just come from behind after being ignored by all staff, they finally asked my name to get my order. I'll never apply this place again. It's blatant racism and it doesn't matter to them.

The Speck Cheeseburger was amazing. I love that they have vinegar available for the pommes.

Five stars???? The workers are always helpful and pleasant. Sometimes it is hard to decide from all available toppings for your burger. If you haven't tried burgers and pommes from Five Guys, you have to. Remember to ask for the spiced pommes. This location is easy to reach and parking is great. You just need to avoid all Home Depot traffic. Look for the front of the parking lot and enter and exit from this end of the parking lot. I never noticed this place was crowded. I think the fries are cooked in peanut oil. You taste great, but if you have a nut allergy, you'll stay clear. Enjoy!

Warm, super fry?s, Burger was McDonald's class with many spices. Clean and polite, but not a planned stop in the future.

Where to start, would have chosen zero stars if I could. Pure disappointment from the beginning, progressively getting worse each minute inside this restaurant. First off, 11$ for a burger? Are you joking! Reading the awards on the walls seem to have no correspondence with this restaurant?s food. Cheapest and juiciest? Since when was the definition of juicy, drought dry? Left me scouring for water back and fourth every bite I took into my burger. And to top it all off, the customer service was truly atrocious; if you could even call this customer ?service?. What?s the point of having a receipt if they forget everything on it..? I?m sorry to say since I?ve loved five guys since I was a child but I will NEVER be coming back to this ?restaurant?.
