I reluctantly love this place. The prices are expensive. Well not Starbucks expensive, but pricey for home coffee. And then I make a cup on my Nespresso machine. Holy cow, it's so good. Decadent and awesome. So yes, I swallow my bill and enjoy the best cup of coffee, every time, at home.

The man who attended me 7 days ago was so nice and immediately attended me and my partner, and offer me different flavor coffee. I ended up with the hazelnut flavor coffee, I didn’t buy anything unfortunately but I would recommend my friends to come here. And will come back to buy my own coffee machine for any of my future coffee

I seldom give out 5 stars but I can't think of a suggestion that would have this store perform better. The staff members are typically very helpful, most of all the store manager. The other part of the equation is that this is ultimately a luxury product with home brewed coffee going for about $1 a serving. So, the level of professionalism is in keeping with the luxury approach. A couple of features that I appreciate most about this store, none of which should be surprising:1) The opportunity to taste certain blends is a nice one. Keep in mind it will be hot coffee/espresso in a paper cup. Ice or creamers are not an option. You'll need to go to the nearby Starbucks for that. Unlike, say the store in Beverly Hills, there's not a full-service coffee bar here. But the free samples are a nice feature. Samples of all the products offered for sale are not an option, just fyi.2) Whether shopping for a machine, glassware, or a new blend, particularly the seasonal offerings, the staff is typically quite knowledgeable about what they have. So, questions are a good option if in information gathering mode.Because of the location in one of the area's most popular malls, there can be a bit of a wait here. But it usually isn't too bad. Some of the staffers can be a bit on the officious or impersonal side. If I were managing them, I'd remind them that they're straddling a line between retail and hospitality in the sense of being a sort of coffee bar/store. Being fully welcoming just might drive a few extra sales. But that's not a universal issue, just one I've noticed from time to time, since I can be more on the chatty (Dad-joke) side. Keep in mind this is located in the middle of the mall, so there might be a bit of a walk involved. It is located in the wing between the Apple store and Nordstrom on the upper level.
