I visit subway for breakfast and the customer service is excellent. I give high marks to this particular store as being number one in my book for excellent service by ALL of the employees who work here
The customer service and food were both excellent. However, I was disappointed by the group of teenagers hanging out at the establishment around 10:30. It was quite unsettling to see them sitting at the tables in dirty sweatshirts. Overall, it felt a bit cramped.
Just a heads-up, you might want to avoid going during school days right around lunch, as the nearby fast-food places and grocery stores tend to be packed with students from the local high school. I give this place five stars; I can't fault a restaurant for the lunchtime rush. As an edit, I just read a review below where a woman mentioned receiving subs that were half the expected length. I've never experienced anything like that in any Subway, so I'm curious how that can happen. I’m aware there's a smaller sandwich option, but it shouldn’t be confused with a footlong. Regardless, you can clearly see the size of the bread when they pull it out and watch them make your sandwich from start to finish. So, either she wasn't there to specify what she wanted, or someone pranked her by taking half of her food. There was one time when a guy mislabeled our order and put olives on instead of onions, but we were able to point it out right away since we watched him prepare the sandwich. I don't understand how someone could consistently follow a wrong order on the assembly line.
I had lunch today and ordered a 6-inch pastrami sub, but it turned out to be only 3 inches long. My husband ordered a 12-inch sub, which was, of course, full size. I'm really disappointed and won't be returning. It felt more like I had an appetizer than a proper meal. The only reason I noticed is that we usually go to a Subway in Gaithersburg, where the 6-inch subs actually measure 6 inches. What’s going on?
