Yamas Mediterranean Grill - Bethesda

That is my second visit and I have a social offer for living people. the restaurant has cozy yet inconceivable facility. I ordered half a chicken court. it was ready in a fast 15 minutes and it was steaming inside. for me it was prepared earlier and only sat in a microwave. If I want to eat microwaves, I could eat at home. the server was not very attentive and has not returned in the run of the meal to see if everything was in order. the worst were the fruit flies or other small insects that we had to exchange during the attentat. it was 23 degrees outside and winter time. if they have such pests in the middle of the winter, they probably have a sanitary problem.

The first time and maybe the last. I have a Greek salate with sweets that had been left in the refrigerator overnight. the rest of the food was of acceptable quality. the waiter was good. we went there on Friday at 18 o'clock and we were the only table there while we were eating

Great all-round restaurant with delicious dining and large portions. excellent service from a good staff.

This is a cozy, informal, but welcoming treat amidst the over-the-top Bethesda scene. They offer excellent food at fair prices delivered by a genuinely friendly wait staff. It all is fresh and made on the premises. I will be back.

The waitress was super sweet and spoke Greek with my mom. Unfortunately, they were out of three things we wanted most: Saganaki, Chicken Souvlaki, and Vegetarian Mousaka. The Pork Souvlaki was very tough. The Salmon was dry. The Greek Potatoes needed more olive oil, lemon, and oregano. However, my stepdad said the Octopus was the best he's enjoyed outside of Greece. Will definitely give it another try.
