Chopstix Express - Bethlehem

I ordered delivery from Chopstix Express, and while their menu is similar to many Chinese takeout places, they do have some unique offerings, like a Peking Duck appetizer and a few Thai dishes. The food was quite good for delivery, and the portion sizes were generous. The combination meals are a great value, as they include an entree, a roll, a soup, and a choice of rice or noodles. I’ll likely choose Chopstix Express for my future Chinese delivery cravings.

The food here is excellent! The wontons and egg rolls feature thinner wrappers than what you typically find at other takeout places, which I really appreciated. Both fillings were delicious. The egg drop wonton soup was a bit more watery than I'm accustomed to, but it was packed with flavor—personally, I prefer it without the thickening agents that many other restaurants use. The chicken lo mein had generous pieces of tender chicken, and the fried rice included carrots and peas. The chicken wings were delightfully crispy and tasty. There is handicap parking and accessible entrance, and they are maintaining social distancing. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I ordered from this restaurant on a Monday, and I was really impressed! The staff was friendly when I called, and the delivery was quick and pleasant. The food was outstanding! I tried the General Tso's chicken, and the sauce had a nice kick to it. The fried rice was excellent, and my husband and daughter absolutely loved the vegetable lo-mein. Everything tasted fresh, right down to the veggies in the rice. It was cooked perfectly! I was pleasantly surprised, as it can be hard to find a good restaurant. This place is a gem!

Haven't been able to find a place that makes good general tso's chicken in the last few years. Nobody gets the sauce right anymore. Chopstix does! Very good general tso's chicken! Friendly service. I'll be back! You should check them out.

First time ordering from here. The food was good. I called after I ordered to ask for extra sauces and the girl on the phone was super nice! I also asked for crispy scallion pancakes and they were just right. The delivery driver was also super friendly and nice! Definitely gianed a customer! Hope to continue to see the same service and food!!
