Incompetence, lack of maturity and long wait times at this franchisee location- steer clear from this poor ran business. Children work here, they gossip they dont take your order at the speaker and leave you hang. They dont understand how to givechange correctly. Orders are slow, lines are long and the owner is absent-another zero-point zero.

You really need to start updating your hours. It's frustrating to see that you're open at 5:00 PM if you're not actually serving until 5:17 PM. I walked half a mile in the cold for coffee, and that was really annoying.

Friendly staff and consistency are in the rule of the standard at dunkin donuts (I grew in Massachusetts...it will always be dd.) clean shops and friendly, helpful people. I was surprised by the many donuts, they had one as the one I usually go. the new tomatenpesto grilled cheese is definitely worth a try.

How is someone who is walking to your establishment suppose to get coffee and something to eat ? Your open only to the drive through. The same for Burger King across the street.

We ordered strawberry coladas without cool whip, we got them with cool whip, told the server, she took them back and instead of given fresh one, she took out the cool whip, they were nasty, didn’t taste like strawberry, it has been the worst one we had, never returning to this one ever again!
