Children work here, they gossip they dont take your order at the speaker and leave you hang. They dont understand how to givechange correctly. Orders are slow, lines are long and the owner is absent-another zero-point zero.
I tried their tomato pesto grilled cheese, and I was disappointed. The sourdough bread was stale, and the sandwich was undercooked with barely melted cheese. On another visit, I had the sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel, but the bagel was also stale and hard.
Restaurants need to update their hours! There's no point in posting that you're open at 5:00 a.m. if I can’t even get a coffee at 5:17. It's really frustrating, especially after I walked half a mile in the cold.
The staff at Dunkin Donuts are friendly, and the consistency of their service is typically what you'd expect (I grew up in Massachusetts, so I’ll always refer to it as DD). The store is clean, and the employees are courteous and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of donuts they offer; they had more options than the location I usually visit. The new tomato-pesto grilled cheese is definitely worth trying. It’s a delicious sandwich that surpasses what you’d find at other fast-food places.
Awesome staff great energy the Burger King next door is horrible but I can come to Dunkin’ for Relief.
