Emeril's Chop House - Bethlehem

The service is 5 stars, but 2 thoughts eating was easy ok and 1 enjoyed everything. Sea nubs, Chilean sea bass, lobster dick and the Japanese wagyu were all excellent, short ribs ok they were a little dry, salmon not so good. the mac and the cheese were nasty when my man checked, it would be 5 stars, but I'm the one who had eaten ok. wagyu is a must.

Came to celebrate my mom's birthday and we had a very late reservation, but the restaurant was still full, but that was worth waiting. our server temba was very attentive and friendly and gave us time to enjoy our meal, although it was very close to the closing time. the portions were plentiful and came hot and tasty. was definitiw the ride up here worth it.

We had the pleasure of experiencing a perfectly executed meal in every detail at this restaurant. From the thick, juicy lamb cooked to perfection and topped with a tangy jus and sweet pomegranate, to the velvety mashed potatoes, to the perfectly cooked Chilean sea bass and fragrant mushroom risotto, and ending with a lemon cream brulee, our meal was flawless from start to finish. The service was also excellent. I do think that the vegetable sides should be included with the main course rather than ordered separately, considering the high price. However, the quality of the meal justified the cost.

My husband and I went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. I chose the Chilean sea bass with mushroom risotto while my husband ordered a steak. Both dishes were delicious, just like the cheesecake we shared. The birthday dessert was complimentary and beautifully presented, a lovely surprise!

We are excited to dine at Emeril's about once a month, as it is our top choice for dining out. The food is exceptional and the service is top-notch. We have never been let down by our experiences there. The wait staff, particularly servers Temba and Chris, as well as Manager William, are all friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. We highly recommend dining at Emeril's - you will not be disappointed.
