Kfc - Bethlehem

The food is good, the customer service has upset me. I was on the car thru waiting patiently for what seemed like 5 minutes too long. Not only after I said hi, I was greeted. When I asked what sauces they have, they told me to ask at the window and then go on to tell me their list of sauces and then repeated that I should ask at the window. I said I wanted to try butter and the carc sauce. After I pay and go check the bags to see, there are no sauces. They actually waited for me to ask the window, even after they heard me as I wanted. I paid for my food and go several times a week. I'm not going here anymore because they ignored my wishes. A star too many. And to go back was from the question. The line was too long to wait for us so we decided to continue dissatisfied with our order.

The drive thru is so incredibly slow, make me wonder if her chicken is cooked to order.

I'm actually obsessed with KFC as a fast food place, although it's not close to my house: . When I'm on my way, I'm always looking for them. Their filling boxes are so much and their famous bowl is good with children! Pot pie is also delicious. Peace Chicken is the obvious star here, but everything is good!!

If you order online make sure you go to the correct door and ring the bell. Don't sit in the drive though like I did which is what it said on the app. Some more signs would really help. Chicken sandwich was good.

Went here today and got there at 845pm, and there was a longer than usual line. I finally got to the order window at 908pm and the kid working the window told me they were closed though they just took an order from the car in front of me. I checked the website and it says 10pm. I drove to the front door where it stated they are open till 10pm just as the website said. I drove back to the window and asked for a manager. The manager lied and told me they are closed because they are out of pro. This was such an incredibly disappointing experience and just makes me never want it go back.
