Pizza Village Iv - Bethlehem

I ordered takeout and they only provided me with one plate. The tuna sub was good, and the wing sauce was tasty, but the wings were soggy for the price. The chicken in the salad lacked seasoning. The stromboli turned out to be just an extremely greasy calzone. The only item I would consider ordering again is the tuna sub.

I ordered a large pizza with well-done mushrooms, and it was absolutely perfect! I've been getting at least one or two pizzas every week for over 20 years, and I've never had a bad experience. A big shout-out to the Saturday team on 5/25, especially Art! Keep up the great work, everyone!

Picked up a small steak sandwich for lunch. I walked in to order. Super quick pleasant service and my food was ready fast. The steak was good, the roll was great. I felt like it was a good value for the size of the sandwich.

The only pizzeria in Bethlehem that still makes the perfect pizza as good as it was 40 years agoThe oven is at the right temp. The hands making the dough are the hands of a pizzaola, who understands the science of such a seemingly simple thing to make.The crust is perfectly balanced, chewy and crisp, bubbles airy, unlike the majority of pizza places that take short cuts and don't use quality ingredients,,and often keep oven temps too low to make a good pie.The tomatoes must be San Marzano, as they should be, for that fresh and fruity sauce and not too much against the perfectly stringy and chewy mozz, creating that perfect harmony of artistry. I had an excellent experience at this restaurant; the service was quick and everything was just right! If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by.
